The balcony, with quality patio furniture, offers great sea views with sights over to the mountains. And if you need to get somewhere cool, then the air-conditioned lounge area is just adds to your comfort! The apartment and the area offer high-quality accommodation and a swimming pool that is simply enormous – but safe also, with children’s play area. The complex is gated and therefore secure and there is an allocated underground parking space.
For lovers of the South of France and its inimitable life-style, then Port Leucate is made for you. The apartment is on the second floor with fabulous views over the marina but away from the bars and restaurants that reside on the opposite side. The marina itself is very picturesque; and with a 12km beach a short walk away, there’s plenty of room for sunbathing even in the high season. With water-sports and land based sports close by, there is something for all the family to enjoy. Port Leucate is also a great base to explore the wine regions and historic villages. It has even been known for keen snow skiers to use this as a base for the Pyrenees in February, as they are only 1 ½ hours away. Ski in the morning and sunshine in the afternoon!
